For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. Return Policy
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. Excellent for collecting our laundry
"Beautifully crafted. Our laundry used to fall from above into a pile on the floor. Now it falls gently into this canvas elevated truck which I can wheel over to the washing machine. It was quite easy to put together but my first attempt made me laugh. I am very pleased with this purchase."

- What’s the difference in function between the permanent and removable 4bu styles?
- Hi Kim, the permanent style trucks have a sewn on rim made of either vinyl or leather. The removable styles are roped onto the steel frame and can be removed to carry around if needed. Thanks, SCB

- Hi Susan, This product weighs roughly 20 pounds. We hand stitch, weld and assemble the entire product in our production facility in Chelsea, Ma. We've been doing it the same way for over 100 years. Safe to say it's incredibly sturdy and reliable. Each 2" caster can hold up to 75lbs of weight. Thank you!
- Can the canvas insert be washed in the washing machine? If so, what are the recommended settings for washer and dryer?
- Hi Kelly, We don't recommend washing our canvas in washing machines as the thickness/weight can be a bit much for the machine to handle. We advise customers to use a diluted, mild soap to spot clean their products. Thanks and have a great weekend. - SCB

- Hi Lu, the bag is 18 in. when it's removed from the truck. While installed, it has 16 in. of depth. Hope this helps!
